We asked 71 friends about their usual sleep position. (And they actually answered, which is spectacular because that might be the most boring question ever.) What's not boring is the personality traits associated with these sleeping positions. Previously published studies indicate that the most common way to sleep is indeed curled up like a baby, and 37% of our sample set responded that this was their pose of choice. People who sleep in this position tend to be emotional and artistic, while people who sleep on their back can be stubborn, and people who sleep face down are typically anxious...but let's skip to the good part. Those that sleep starfish, (arms and legs outstretched) supposedly make excellent friends. And yet, only 8% of our crack team reported sleeping like this. Time to get some new friends.
