Shipping and Processing Charges
Shipping and processing charges are automatically added to each order. Shipments are sent by U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 8-16 days for delivery of stock items. Shipments to Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO addresses are subject to a $10.00 processing surcharge.
International shipments are shipped FOB Knoxville, TN. Receiver and/or freight carrier assume responsibility for delivery after carrier takes possession of shipment.
Payment Options
We gladly accept all major credit cards, checks, paypal and money orders for payment. For your protection, we have taken a number of steps to maximize the security of financial transactions that are accepted on the sssleep.com Web Site. Credit Card processing is accomplished using secure processing services. Your entry of credit card information is encrypted when transmitted in secure mode.
Please allow 10 business days for check clearance. All payments in U.S. Funds. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. Purchase orders are accepted from U.S. Educational Institutions, Government Agencies, Hospitals and organizations with approved credit. All invoices are billed Net 30 Day terms. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5%
($5.00 minimum) monthly finance charge.
Merchandise Return Policy
If our product is damaged upon arrival, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for credit. Simply mail the product to the address on the mail order form and we will mail you a new copy. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspect all merchandise at time of delivery before signing receipt with driver.
Note any and all damage with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to note damage may result in a claim being denied.
Damage claims must be filed with the delivery carrier before merchandise can be replaced.
